I'm on the Crew Again!

Most of my regular readers know that my family has been super blessed to be part of the Homeschool Review Crew for most of the past seven or so years. We have literally received thousands of dollars worth of homeschool curriculum and resources to use and review. Some we have used for the required amount of time and then shelved it - not because it wasn't good, but because we have very unique children and some curriculum just doesn't fit. Many, many things, however, have become part of our regular homeschool. With our limited budget the Homeschool Review Crew has been a real financial treasure. 

I love being on the Homeschool Review Crew for a multitude of reasons. One, of course, is the money that it has saved us. Another, though, is the fact that we have received some wonderful things that have really worked for us that we normally wouldn't have purchased or possibly even known about if it weren't for the crew. Another is the great opportunity to work with some fantastic companies and vendors. Many of the family run businesses we have purchased from time and time again and the owners have become friends. The products benefit us and we benefit the companies by reviewing their products and getting the word out about the great things that they produce.

Probably, though, the biggest blessing of being on the Schoolhouse Review Crew is the friendships that we have made with the other crew members. We have a special forum that we have access to in order to get information about the products and discuss homeschool issues. There is also a praise and prayer section of the forum where we can share prayer requests. Many of the prayer requests that I have shared with these prayer warriors have been requests that I wouldn't normally be able to share on Facebook or other social platforms and some I wouldn't even be able to share in church. The crew members that I have become friends with  over the years have become very special to us.

This year I am once again very privileged to be on the Schoolhouse Review Crew. I am looking forward to a great year reviewing and sharing more wonderful products. So, when you see those posts that mention in the title that it is a review, please take the time to at least glance over the post. You never know when something might pop up that will be just the thing that you have been looking for to help your child or maybe even yourself.
