Wow! You have got to watch this. Do you remember Lulu Roman from the old TV show Hee Haw? Well, she is now in her sixties and doing better than ever. She has lost weight - a lot of weight - and has learned many lessons. I won't reveal a lot because I want you to watch the video. I will say that I had to fight back tears because in so many ways I can relate to some things she said.
